"It was my family and I having breakfast during our vacation trip in Houston (1000 Main St.) The snack is good but what most caught our attention positively was the service. Fantastic. "Friendly service, easy to use the app to place your order ahead of time so you don't have to wait once you arrive. They stepped up during these unusual times. My only negative doesn't have to do with the quality of the food, but that staff put on masks but expose their noses. It eliminates the actual usefulness of wearing a mask in the first place to protect what they may be carrying asymptomatic against others. The manager needs to educate these staff members on how to properly wear a mask moving forward."

"I only had a Dr. Pepper shake but it was delicious...one of the best I've tasted. My son had the Whataburger sandwich & he said it was very good, well prepared, & easy to reheat. Service was great too. I ordered online & she brought it right out.It's my understanding that they recently changed the general manager who has been trying to get them all cohesive & more consistent. Of course I'm sure the quarantine had provided numerous challenges as well, not the least of which is the Whataburger app, which has the big flaw of not limiting the number of online orders that are in the "I want it now" category to give them a reasonable time to prepare them."

"I learned that this is a staple hamburger joint for Houston. Although I enjoy In-N-Out much more, they sell pretty tasty burgers and fries here. The burgers are more greasy than I prefer, but overall, I recommend this restaurant. It is pricy too for fast food burgers. Customer service is excellent at this location which is a big plus."
