September 12, 2018Stopped in this restaurant while visiting some friends in Mequon. The food was good and the service was great. This place was so clean and everyone was so friendly including the owner Bob who came over and introduced himself to us. We will definitely have to come back here the next time we are in town.

August 17, 2017The food is decent, but Rando McWheelie is always there to pester customers. He doesn't seem to get the hint to go away...

May 25, 2017The food was really good. I ordered the egg and avocado sandwich which was the lunch special. I also added sausage.I only got this sandwich which contained 2 pieces of wheat bread, 2 eggs, 1/4 avocado, cheese and 2 pieces of sausage. Yes it tasted wonderful for the 2nd time. The cost for this sandwich, was $15.00.I was shocked by the cost. Gave the lady a 20 and left, I will never be back with prices as outrageous as this for a simple sandwich.

March 11, 2017Wooden Goose Cafe is a cozy , homey restaurant on Mequon Rd. I had breakfast the eggs benedict. The hollandaise was what made the meal as it should. It didn't hurt that the owner was hospitable and came to speak to us at our table.

January 1, 2017Great food.. and great service.. owner goes around and makes sure your experience was good... great guy...... only problem is they nickel and dime you for every little thing making your omelette 18 dollars by the time you add cheese and a veggie or three

November 3, 2016Ashamed to say I haven't been here in years. The new location (moved 3 yrs ago) is spacious, warm & inviting. We were a group of 5; each ordering completely different breakfast entrees on a busy Sunday morning. All of us loved our choices. The omelets were enormous, as were the short stack of fluffy pancakes. Then there were sides - an array of toast choices, from scratch potatoes or side of fruit. Enough food to require to-go boxes. And if that wasn't enough, Bob the owner made the rounds to all the diners making everyone feel like family. Putting this gem back on my radar. Great food, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff.
