Vidalia Restaurant

This is a small town restaurant that behaves as if it was a Michelin-starred one. They called to confirm my OpenTable reservation, asking: "Inside or outside table?" After I said outside, they said: "Sorry, no outside table." Why did they ask?! When we arrived, we again asked for outside table, and was told none was available, even though many of them were sitting empty throughout our meal time, until we left. The appetizer of fried calamari was done well: perfectly crispy. The pasta, however, was overcooked and under-seasoned. Inside was small, and if you get a loud party, you won't be able to hear anything else. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Had my aunts 75th bday here. She was a customer for 20 years and they screwed the pooch. No manager on site for a big event which was set up wrong. To make matters worse, some guy was there copping an attitude and talking back. The servers on hand dealt with it well, but the lack of attention from the owners/managers was sad to say the least. Food was good.

My first time here and it was due to parking for another. The service, the food and ther price point is spot on. Highly recommended. This restaurant is BYOB, for which I will do.

We have been to this restaurant many times. Tonight was just AWEFUL!! we were seated given water and bread by the bus people. They said our server was delayed due to it being busy. We got there at 6pm and put in the OUTDOOR ROOM YOU WEREN’T BUSY!! Our server Claudia didn’t greet us For 15 MINUTES!! Totally unacceptable. Im an ex restaurant mgr. You should be seated,greeted and served within 5 MINUTES. We had wine that we wanted opened and that wasn’t happening. Our meals were mediocre to say the least. my husband was the driver and wanted iced tea. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF ICED TEA AT 6 Pm???After tonight I not sure we’ll return.

Very cozy and cool ambiance. It has a beautiful setting for a date and the waiters were top notch. I loved it and will recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful night out with delicious food.

Food was delicious and the service was superb!

Made a reservation to meet with a friend over dinner. We were shown the table and ordered shortly, I got the mushroom risotto with shrimp and that was a disappointment!! Even before we finished our food, the server comes saying we need you to finish eating and leave as we have other people waiting. This is rude and really unacceptable as we had less than 30 minutes from the time the food was served to when we ordered the dessert and we actually had to leave without even finishing our dessert as we felt humiliated. Please do not be in the service industry if you cant serve

Delicious Italian food with a wonderful staff ready to make your night special. Everything is good can’t go wrong.
