My friend and I had a wonderful experience here — the menu has something for everyone, and our pizzas were delicious! The owner was lovely to talk to and made the experience even better. I HIGHLY recommend going out of your way to come here! Don’t let the location foul you! The food is incredible vegan food! The owner Hakin is very knowledgeable about food, supplements and Whole Foods. My daughter has been coming to this restaurant for years. She introduced me and now I’m hooked..

Great Place! 9/23/19 was my 1st time there and was pleasantly surprised. The service was great! All the workers were friendly and courteous. There were regular customers and the team knew them by name. Definitely will be back. The Godfather Meatball sub was really good too! If you're in the area, I recommend patronizing this restaurant. Won't be disappointed.

The vegan ginger chicken and brown basmati rice with black bean soup were superb. The adzuki bean burger my husband had was delicious. Very cute and laid back atmosphere. Must try. We’ll be going back soon.

Love the simplicity and politeness. Very clean place and a menu full of incredible plates, burgers, tuna melt, Jamaican petty an so on all vegan or vegetarian. Many juice and smoothies options as well. It’s definitely worth a visit. Don’t be shy to try them out.

Today I had lunch at the vegetarian Restaurant by Hakin. The customer service was amazing! The food was prepped to perfection, full of flavors and was served timely.

Hidden little hole-in-the-wall restaurant serving great vegetarian food. Service was unhurried, very laid back, but everyone was so polite. Substantial portions, good options on the menu. They even had a couple of gluten-free options. We got the 'Cashew kale sunflower plate', the Adzuki burger, a pizza and sweet potato fries, all great options. Their juices were also very good, specially their sugarcane juice.

I’m a type of person that usually cleans his plate but with this one I just couldn’t.... (JerkBurger) there was no taste to it. The seasoned fries were PHENOMENAL!!!! I would go back just to eat 5 orders of fries no kidding!!! And their natural juices are totally on point! The service was excellent! They even offered that they would of switched it out if I didn’t like the burger. What type of restaurant has that type of service!? This place is a gem 💎 hopefully my next experience will be better so I can give you an update.

What a wonderful experience eating here. This place is full of love and savory food. I was so impressed by their utensils and plates which were biodegradable. Zero waste is being practiced here and the people who work here are filled with so much compassion and great energy. Excellent service, unique style of different foods. I met the owner Hakim today when I went into order some lunch to break my fast. I ordered the no tuna wrap with kale and vegan cheese as well as the side of gungo peas soup. The total was about $14 so not too bad, minus the size of the soup (8 oz but it does not look about that size). I am giving this place 4 stars as the wait for this wrap was about 20-25 minutes and that's really too long. Perhaps I will order ahead in the future but that's one of the first things that needs to be worked on. Also, the young lady at the counter was a bit difficult to understand. Other than that, a Sabbath keeping restaurant which is vital & Caribbean/Jamaican, two things I adore. I will visit once more to see if the timing is better before I recommend it to my church, and there are photos of my lunch below.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! They brought us samples of the meals and we were blown away. We will definitely be coming back. Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The only negative was that the air conditioner was broken. So happy to add a new vegan restaurant to our repertoire!
