Three Waters is an absolute delight. The atmosphere is ideal for any mood. Plenty of seating and beautiful natural lighting. I had several hours to kill, so I was able to taste more than my share of the menu. The cappuccino is classic and delightfully light. The dirty chai is the best I’ve ever had. The avocado toast is a perfect reason to get out of bed. It is so simple and yet life changing. Generous portion of avocado, perfectly ripe, on hearty toast that is the epitome of what bread should be. And if that all wasn’t enough to, I found time for a Signature Smoothie, which has that perfect salty sweet combination. I will definitely be back to try the Italian Sodas!

Nice place with an art gallery downstairs. The coffee was good and toast was toast—reasonably priced though for what you get. Service was prompt and barista was pleasant.

Lovely new cafe! Sunny and warm upstairs, cool and quiet (with colorful artwork on display) downstairs. Plenty of seating, outlets, and good wifi throughout the spaces.

Great cafe, has a lot of various coffee and tea drinks such as Matcha Latte. Also has some food options like avocado toast. Lots of seating, great service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The coffee and tea here are fantastic - they do a great job of sourcing delicious local ingredients for everything in stock. My personal favorite is the avocado toast!

Free parking (!!!) off of Rosemary Street in a shared lot across from Mama Dips. Look for the sign. Warm staff and inviting environment. The deceptively simple avocado toast is delightful with perfectly ripe avocados, homemade organic bread, high quality olive oil and just a hint of spice. The London Fog is a treat with syrup made from locally sourced lavender.

My favorite place to get coffee! Liliana makes delicious coffees and teas and is always a pleasure to see. Baked goods are a tasty treat with a London fog latte on a chilly rainy day!
