The New Woodshed

The New Woodshed is becoming one of our new favorite restaurants in the area. The burrata is amazing, so much so that our young daughters consumed 80% of it themselves. We always receive a warm welcome upon arrival and we love the ambiance of the bar area. We were also beyond appreciative that the manager offered the restaurant shuttle to drive us back to the public dock after our meal. Great sunset boat ride home after a lovely night out. We'll be back for sure.

Beautiful rustic dining at its finest. We got engaged at the original Woodshed. We love the newly built Woodshed and the barn they moved here!!

I was so pleased with how friendly and welcoming the staff was. Once seated, they worked as a team with our table which was refreshing to see( all hands were on deck) the food was absolutely EXCELLENT. The staff was beyond personable and professional. We were there with our almost 2 year old son and as they handed us the menu they went through options for our son in full detail as to where food came from and what is in it. Our son ate like a king. We will definitely be back again!!!

Our first visit since opening in May. Our experience tonight was absolutely enjoyable. We are looking forward to another wonderful dining experience. Food and service were excellent.

This place has amazing ambiance the building was restored to provide a similar feel to the original Woodshed. The food was high quality well prepared and plated. The service was a five star plus. Julie our server was spot on she had several table going at the same time and you would never of know. A sign of great service is when you see the manager and assistant manager clearing tables and talking to customers. Top notch place would come back again and recommend everyone to go!

We recently dined here in celebration of my husband's birthday. The staff were friendly, efficient and made a pleasant experience for us. We enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant and the beautiful gardens surrounding the building. The food was outstanding beginning with the flower pot bread and ending with our desserts. My husband had the lamb chops which were perfectly cooked to his liking. (He gave me a taste and they were scrumptious). I had the crabmeat stuffed shrimp and they were delicious. He had the carrot cake for dessert and I had the grasshopper pie. Both desserts were rich and yummy. Our server and one of hostesses sang "happy birthday" to my husband. This is perfect place for a special occasion.

A beautiful atmosphere and even better service. I would come back just to have Amy as our waitress again! She was attentive, personable, friendly, and upbeat! You could tell she enjoys her job. A little confusion at first with a change in reservation times and attendees but the staff quickly adjusted the reservation and we forgot about the mishap moments later. Specials were great, and the food was quick. I didn’t order any cocktails so I can’t speak for those but the party I was with enjoyed their drinks and food. I and my group hope to come back again.

Was a fan of the prior incarnation and am a fan of this one too!Oysters were fresh and while not the Oceannare, having 3 choices was nice. They were out of clams. Their version of an Old Fashioned packs a wallop. As does the "Skip and go Naked"The Haddock was properly baked w a wonderful topping. The crab cake was one of the best I have had anywhere including Maryland. Rice w mushrooms was a delight. The flourless tort was not too sweet. The decaf coffee may have more caffeine then some folks can tolerate so be careful. My guests all had a seafood pie that they agreed they would order again.
