The Local Flavor Cafe

Love, love, love this place!!! I have been there 3 times in the last 2 months. Although I have been tempted by other menu items I have always gotten the quiche. 😊 The options include feta, tomato and spinach or brocolli and cheddar. They give you a generous slice for $5.95. You can get the special which includes a salad for $7.95. The salad is huge and packed with lots of fresh veggies and made with fresh mixed greens.

Great breakfast sandwichs! Very good lunches, fresh local ingredients. I have been eating lunch, breakfast and sometimes dinner here regularly, food is always good, staff is very nice, its a calm comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal or get take out.

A nice cozy place with healthy option. It's on the street so parking is generally available but not guaranteed.

We LOVE Local Flavor at our office. They are always acomodating to large orders and the quality of the food is amazing. I have yet to try anything there that isn't higher than my expectations. Commercial Investigations LOVES Local Flavor Cafe!
