The Fifth Floor

We were there on a very busy Saturday evening, had reservations, but they were overwhelmed due to some call offs. The real test of any service is how they deal with failure, when we brought it to the attention of the owner/manager, she made sure that our experience the rest of the night was wonderful. There aren't many fine dining options in Youngstown, and this is my new go-to restaurant. After our experience last night we decided to host an upcoming party there. They really are committed to making sure the guests experiences are fantastic. The food was excellent, as always, and the prices are hard to beat. We will be back!!!

Although the wait staff was accommodating and pleasant the food was LOUSY! The Fifth Floor restaurant managment should be ashamed of themselves! The charge mother's day buffet was very over priced, generic and of poor quality. The food was bland. I could have eaten better food from a frozen dinner. Our entire party was VERY DISAPPOINTED with their meal. I will not be going back anytime soon. So sad on a special occasion.

Delicious food, wonderful service. Every item was fresh and beautifully presented. Can't wait to return!

Great lunch menu prices, and that's were it stops! Meat is always under cooked ask for medium u get raw ask for well done u get raw. Fish was old and dry. Was really looking forward to enjoying my food from a fine dining establishment.
