The Caboose Restaurant

This restaurant l would recommend for it's atmosphere,the food was delicious,and the staff was very friendly. It is my favorite place to dine out. I give it a five star review!

Good service. Excellent steaks. I've been here twice while visiting family and each time my steaks have been a proper medium rare. Overall a very enjoyable dining experience.

I've gone there for lunch several times and the service and proof is ALWAYS excellent. I took my wife there for Valentines Day on reservation and we arrived and didn't have to wait, even with a packed house. Great restaurant and I always recommend it to my out of town clients when they stop in McComb.

We drove 1 hr and it was so worth it. Wonderful steak with great flavor! The servers were sweet and attentive. The best thing was that the owner is so present and really cares about his customers.

Wonderful local restaurant serving upscale southern staples. My pork loin, mashed potatoes and field peas were delicious! I will definitely be back for dinner next time I am in town.

I am in the greater Mississippi area on business and have been looking for a restaurant worthy of praise while here for the month of June. With old downtown McComb as the canvas, this elegantly designed interior creates a wonderful contrast to enjoy your evening with friends and family.They've by far exceeded my expectations in many ways. The friendly & knowledgeable staff and attention to detail on each plate, inevitably gave way for an experience where each bite was as delicious as the last. April, our server was truly a delight too! We enjoyed the Ravioli and Crab Cakes as an appetizer which were outstanding. Our main course was the prime filet with twice baked potato and salad. There were 4 in our party and each one of us had the filet cooked to the perfect temperature. This will not be my last visit as the experience was too great not to have again! Great Job Caboose!!

New York Strip and Speckled Trout. Great food and Excellent service as usual. Never a bad experience in 10 plus years. I would put our restaurant in Mccomb up against any in New Orleans.

Food was delicious, service no so much. Ordered an appetizer and entrées. Server forgot to bring the salads. When the entrées arrived asked server for butter for baked potato. Ten minutes later had to flag down a separate server and ask again.

Love this restaurant. Food is exceptional and staff are pleasant. Chef is extremely down to earth. This restaurant is unsual for McComb... in a good way.

Superior food and wonderful service! Definitely worth the stop. The portions are large, well seasoned and fresh, so come with an appetite. Make sure you let them know it's your first time for a taste of their delicious fresh gumbo!
