The Bellport Restaurant

Very well organised and welcoming place. They offer large meals and for economical rates. We loved the menu very much and the waiters were super affable and chatty. Recommended.

The Bellport is an art filled restaurant with paintings and drawings hung by local and national contemporary Fine Artists. It has excellent food. The environment is English garden with a mix of pastel painted wrought iron chairs and funky mosaic table tops. There is also a large inviting wooden bar like those seen in old 40's films. In the winter there is a cozy fire in the sunroom.

Enjoyed The Bellport price fix menu with another couple who we frequently meet there and enjoy the colorful, buzzing atmosphere and all their unusual selections..Excellent..

Celebrated a friends party there the dinner was wonderful I had the broiled fish that was out of this world

Food good. Ambiance good. Wait staff a bit snobby and aloof? Overall, overpriced for what you get?

Didn't hate it, but disappointed. Will return. Missing the escargots and the Scottish salmon, as well as filet mignon from past.
