I honestly have no idea why someone would give you guys a bad review. I eat at the northwest crossing store almost every day and I've been to the Redmond store too. I know that if something was wrong with my food then the girls that work there would make it right. Great customer service and great food keeps me coming back. Love the SW chicken salad!

Excellent store front. Excellent quality food and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. AWESOME place to grab a fantastic lunch instead of fast food. Can be hard to find parking when they are busy.
