Tana Thai Restaurant

Oh boy did I have some good Thai in the Bronx. Late that night my brother text me saying: "Oh my GOODNESS! Barry, this food is awesome."

Small Thai place. The expected fare. The Thai iced coffee and tea were very good. Service was quick, but it was mostly empty when I visited. Staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Going to Tana Thai in the BX always puts a smile on our faces.

The owner is rude, and condescending.

Really cozy Thai restaurant. Ambiance is really nice. Pretty quiet. Food was really good! Customer service was really good as well, considering the negative reviews I saw for this restaurant. I don’t usually go to restaurants with anything below a 4.2 rating, but glad I gave this little spot a shot. Will be coming back.

Food is good atmosphere is nice and I love that they play smooth jazz while you eat.

Surely a spot worth stopping over, the food is great and well prepared, the prices are convenient and it is constantly clean in here. Kudos.

I’ve been eating here for years and love the food. They’re pretty consistent with how the food tastes, which is a huge plus for me. I enjoy their vegetarian curry puffs. Eating here is always a treat :)

Looking from outside, you wouldnt expect the ambience to be as welcoming and warm as it is. Its my 2nd time eating any style of Thai food. The Chicken Dumplings... The way they were so fresh and tender!! Loved that minced chicken inside...MmmmThai Iced Tea.... An acquired taste. Its gonna be a NO for me. The Iced Tea and Milk pkus whatever else that is... Definitely didnt sit well with my taste buds.Crispy Wings / Calamari / Spring Rolls ... A PLUS! Duck Tamarind , Pineapple Curry Beef , Thai Pork Chops were all a hit. Not too sure which specific ingredients theyve used on the chops but I wasnt too big on the seasoning.Amaaaaazing service!
