August 7, 2018The owners are some of the kindest people in town, the food is great, and in the summer, they have almost always sold-out concerts.

July 8, 2018We came to the Tamaqua Station Restaurant only because our original choice of restaurants was closed. We're glad we stopped in. We ate at the outdoor seating area, the original outdoor gathering area of the station, which has great views of the surrounding mountains. The prices are a little on the high side but our meals and desert were worth the price. The service was a little slow but we were well attended to.Over all it was a great experience, we will certainly be back.

March 1, 2017The family and I were passing through on a Saturday at lunch time and decided to stop in. We are glad we did! We were pleasantly greeted and showed to our table. Excellent variety of options on the menu. The hostess and waitress were professional and polite. The manager/owner/chef took the time to come out and make sure all was well. The shaved prime rib sandwich was delicious. Thank you for the excellent experience!

January 2, 2017I was there for lunch today with a group of friends. Server was pleasant and tentative to our needs. I had the Turkey Rachel with fries. The menue is reasonably priced and the food was great. A nice atmosphere and a unique building. I'm from out of the area but if I return to Tamaqua I'll definitely be eating there again.

July 13, 2016This is a family run restaurant. Food always tastes fresh and prepared correctly. Localy made bread, and great soups, followed by sorbet before the main course. This is suitable for family or a night out. Upscale feel in historic building. Nice (hidden) gem of the area.
