Very good food. Had Jason as a waiter, very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere!

These folks are always great. Great food. Great prices. Great hospitality. Crowded during prime weekend hours, so expect a line then.

I had visited this restaurant about a month ago with 2 friends. We patiently waited in line as tables slowly cleared; no issue there. It was very peculiar though, how the hosts chose to seat guests. Many times, they passed the length of the line requesting the numbers in each party, and repeatedly chose to seat parties of at least 4 (before seating smaller parties who had waited longer). As someone who has worked in a restaurant setting, this was a bit baffling and there seemed to be a lack of organization and structure. Finally, we were seated and had a decent meal with prompt service.

there was a good crowd but the 4 if us were seated right away. Brandon, or server was prompt and courteous - a very pleasant young man. The food, as always, was delicious and served in genrous portions.

This is second to none, the breakfast is always great and it's just like being at grandma's. They make you feel right at home and they are very accommodating. I was there two years ago for my mom's birthday and we got everyone in the restaurant to sing happy birthday to her, not to say pay back is pay back this morning the staff all came by our tab3 to sing happy birthday to me. But still this is a great restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

The North Carolina State Farmers Market is a great place to enjoy fresh flowers, produce, plants, and other local products. It's also home to this wonderful restaurant featuring traditional southern food. There is another restaurant with seafood that is just as good. If you were in the area permanently or on a visit it will be ashamed to miss this.

This place is a staple to take anyone coming from out of town to visit. The food is fresh and amazing. The prices are so low it's pretty incredible. Ive never had a bad meal or bad service here. It does get crowded at peak times so be prepared to wait a bit but it's totally worth the wait.
