Saffron Persian Cuisine

Been here twice now. They opened 2 weeks ago. They have some very good dishes. I just had and recommend their "Build Your Own Dish" so you can sample. Really liked the beef and chicken "kababs". They'll be doing a Persian New Year special as well.

Wonderful food! Service was great! Still hiring so it took a little longer than most people are used to "waiting" I promise it's worth the wait! Definitely go check them out!!

Trying to look for a Persian restaurant nearby with a colleague and found this. Thought it was new but it was actually opened March of last year so decided to try it out. Did not disappoint. Excellent find.It’s a little hard to see from the street but it is in a plaza near the intersection of Huebner and Babcock on the Babcock side. Sits next to H&R Block, Subway and Alamo. It was not busy on a Saturday noon we got seated immediately. We tried the Barg and Chicken Koobideh; both were amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection with the right amount of crispiness and lightly burned. Came with cooked tomatoes, onions, and a few other sides. Chicken was soft and savory. Waiters both spoke fluent farsi which was very homey for Persian speakers. Will definitely come back and try other menu items. Keep up the good work Saffron!

The well-known phrase at any place with customer service is, that Customer is Right! Always! Disregards the bad reviews and the fact that no one really visiting this restaurant for its food, I need to make a demand on your fragmentary event advertisements. None of the advertisement contents, mention anything about entree requirements or minimum drink requirements. You need to be more clear on that behalf if not honest. Besides that I’m very happy that I never visited this place, I heard stories of teenagers who can have alcoholic beverages there, where parents or guardians are absent. These stories better be wrong or for sure the criminal justice system will be involved soon.

The food was amazing. I got some steak and kabob combo plate and the meat was so tender and juicy! Great service. Food was good an all around good experience! Thank you guys.

This place was Amazing! Juicy chicken and Beef! Well seasoned food! Amazing Appetizers! Chocolate cake was moist and food was out of this world ! The place was clean and the owner and family was very nice! We will definitely come back again! If you haven’t tried their food out you need to!

In such a short time, since the grand opening, we have been there for the fourth time. It just gets better every time. One word says it all. AWESOME.

Very good persian food, authentic taste, good service, clean and normal pricing. Some items are better than others but nothing is not good. Help local business and eat here!
