Beware business owners. The hired carrier R&L does not know how to do business deliveries and will not go to your back door.

It ’s nice to say before you buy. It ’s different after you buy. Big companies are not worse than a few customers or some customer service personnel.

Terrible quality in products. I received an order that I was told was free to return with any issues but failed to mention it was not free shipping back. I received a large amount of pizza delivery bags and they were very very poor quality and knew they needed to be returned the moment we opened them. And in addition the measurements listed on the website are not accurate. After calling to confirm my return they informed me I would have to pay to ship back, well that cost me $70! Ridiculous.
