I have never walked out of a restaurant until today. POOR Customer Service. Trying to be Upscale it's Not... and We are Frequent Ruth's Chis Customers. The pricey Menu was not the problem. The lack of attention to details fell way short. I had to Ask FOR EVERYTHING. They definitely need training in attention to details. Every Answer was Short and Curt, and for 40.00+ a plate menu... it was completely disappointing. Lack of Dining experience.

Been coming in the last few Friday nights for drinks and food, great food and great service. The sunset view is a must and the drinks are well worth the price. Will be coming back for both the food and the drinks.

Lovely dining experience. Our server, Brian, was friendly and knowledgeable. The hostess put us at a booth with a beautiful view of the bay and the rock. Unique spin on cocktails, dinner was delicious. Nice, new alternative to some of the old school restaurants on the Embarcadero. Looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent service! Food is affordable for the amount that you are getting and the quality! I recommend this restaurant to everyone I know either living here in Morro bay or just passing through. The other bonus to this restaurant is the amazing view and the ambiance of the restaurant. The bar has so many signature delicious cocktails, and bartenders are always welcoming! Will definitely be back maybe even make it a weekly dinner outing! Thank you Porthouse!

I had an amazing experience at Port House. The staff made the experience so much better with their friendliness and service. The food and drinks were perfect and well worth the price. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

We had a great meal on a slow Sunday night in December. Good food, good service. We'll be going back for sure.
