Paraiso Tropical Restaurant

Love this place. My daughter and I go in to get the occasional soda and they are so nice to her. Also, great prices on hot sauce and seasonings like Maggi.

The service is very slow, it is not the fault of the meser @ since they are not to blame for the food not being ready in time, but if they need to be and little more attentive the customer is the only thing that I complain about the waiter, To be able to enjoy any dish, no matter how simple it is, you have to wait at least 35 to 50 minutes, something that is not normal at any other Salvadoran restaurant. I would like you to press a little more to the person who cooks so that he learns to eat well. I work and can be called a cosinero.

The last time I was there they charged me 2 times a tip, they charged you without telling you and then at the end they put a blank space for you to give them a tip, the first time I did not notice, after I read the same reviews from other people, then I realized that they do this frequently, for the next time it was the last time, I realized in time they charged the tip in advance and I could not do anything when they really did not deserve it, that time the food was horrible in There were no customers and it took more than 40 mins to give it to me, I was about to leave, I ordered some chicken tacos that had 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in each tortilla that by the way was cold, the other food was salty I could eat it, etc.I am sorry to tell you all that, if it is the same store administration, then it is the restaurant employees that make them look bad, they should check that, because in the store I have never had any problem and all they are very nice.

Excellent food! I ordered the tongue tacos, a pupusa revulta, and a paella. Oh wow!!!! I have been to other places with Spanish food, but this one is the best. I was reading the bad reviews but my experience was the opposite of them. My food order took about 30 minutes but the waiting time is worth it. Food tastes fresh!!!! KEEP BEING HERE so I can come back again!!!

This place is ridiculous! Page $ 20 dollars for 3 tacos and 2 sodas and the tacos were not good! Learn to cook!

I use to enjoy getting food from here. Lately the service has been extremely horrible. Every time I call to place an order they tell me to hold on. After a few minutes someone picks up I'll ask my question again and then they hang up. Just rude and terrible customer service.
