Palio Caffe - UCSF

Overpriced and did not seem fresh! Staff were neither particularly helpful nor rude. Overall, not my cup of tea.

Unbelievable. In 2016 they still have a 5$ minimum on credit card use.

The food is plentiful, good, and cheap. Mobbed weekdays at lunchtime. But the five stars are due to the great views of Golden Gate Park and much of the rest of the city from the tables on its outdoor terrace from behind the Millbery Union on the top of Mt. Parnassus in the medical center. Nearby the medical library also offers stunning views, and is worth a look.

Great cafe with a killer view. Cappuccino was great and croissant egg sandwich hit the spot!
