Wife life loves to shop here. She can ALWAYS find something she "needs."

I am only giving five stars because of the service I received at Anstasia Brow Studio from Ky. He did a phenomenal job. The counter manager there was incredibly nice too! All in all, the clothes in the men's department are atrocious. Nordstrom's men's departments are a hit or miss, and this store is definitely a miss. In fact, the majority of Nordstrom's men's departments are a miss. Nordstrom Santa Anita is a great one. All in all, there clearance racks look exactly like their full-price racks. There is a better assortment of men's clothes at TJ Maxx.

Very nice mall with unique architecture and presentation. Many stores, valet, and lots of parking. The pricing is like anywhere else in the US.

Great Nordstrom location on the strip. Perfect for last minute shopping while in town.

Finding a sales person is difficult, but when you do find one they are warm and super helpful! But, Nordstrom doesn't keep much variety of inventory in the store. The suggestion the sales people have to give is to order it for you and have it shipped to your house. Which defeats the purpose of going into the store.

Day after paying for several holiday gift purchases, I discovered I'd left behind an expensive perfume. It was a cash purchase, so the cashier had no way of contacting me. I contacted the customer service phone number and relayed information on the receipt. Customer Service contacted the cashier who corroborated my story. The item was promptly mailed to me. Thanks, Nordstrom

Loved the exceptional personal service. And I found am outfit for my son's wedding! A good shopping experience!
