Mayberry Ice Cream Restaurants

I love this ice cream parlor. but it's so much more. great burgers n hot dogs too. 😁

The food and service was great. The bean and bacon soup is and absolutely must try. I got a hot dog and it was really good. They also have tons of ice cream flavors. They have plenty of burgers and sandwiches to choose from. Definitely great in the summer time to cool off and enjoy something cold. I highly recommend it.

Great food & great friends! Hard-working staff! The wings are meaty and the bean & bacon soup is awesome. I’ve never tried a sandwich I didn’t love! I grew up going to Mayberry! It’s a staple in Winston-Salem! Great place!

I promised my little brother ice cream when we had to stop in Winston-Salem and Mayberry ice cream was wonderful! The food, sundae, and milkshake were all delicious and we would absolutely return. Even with being take out only, the staff was very kind at pick up! Definitely recommend to everyone.

We have been coming to this Mayberry for years. Today, the waitress gave us the hardest time about me asking for them to make a sandwich without the meat. The manager said that they still had to charge the same price, which was fine, but when I asked for mushrooms she was going to charge me extra. Not a way to treat your long standing customers.

Love the ambiance of a vintage I've cream parlor... The walls are covered in pictures from the past, you can lunch or dinner but we came for the ice cream... They close at 10:00 and we arrived at 9:30 so we were going to get the big ice cream for $23.00 but we didn't want them to wait on us so we got the show boats instead which was 4 scoops of ice cream and covered in sauces walnuts whipped cream sitting in between 2 bananas... It was amazing and we can't wait to come back

This place popped up on the maps when I was searching for something else. So I decided to give it a try. If you are a first time customer it's nothing fancy. Burgers sandwiches mainly. Lots of ice cream to choose from. I had a toffee caramel shake. Yummy!! I also had a smoked Turkey melt with fries. The Turkey didn't taste so good but I dipped it in ranch and was fine. Warning it is extra for fries on some meals and they also charge a fee to use your debit card.

Good quiet place to get some ok food. Tater tots could have some better cheese on it barely no bacon. Leaving good room for improvement. The server was kind and polite. Well raise I could say. Overall the food could be improved.

Really cool old diner. Themed after the Andy Griffith show. Wait staff was very nice and had a great sense of humor. Food was very good. Dessert selection also very good. Fun place to visit. Definately would eat there again

Had lunch there today. Chicken nuggets tasted like fish sticks and were VERY greasy. 2 items we tried to order they were out of and when I was charged more on my ticket than an item was advertised for, the cashier was asked by the waitress if she could correct it, she replied "I can't..and I won't ". So...I "can't"spend my money where customer service is non -existent, and..I "won't" be back. 2 can play the rude game!
