Laundry fills a popular dining niche here in Steamboat Springs. Specializing in smoking and curing of natural foods, diners enjoy Laundry’s shared plate concept with a refreshingly creative menu that utilizes seasonally and locally grown products. Laundry is located in the historic Soda Creek building that was home of the Steamboat Laundry from 1910- 1977. The contemporary urban atmosphere is comfortable and inviting and the comprehensive wine selection is complimented with whiskeys, tequilas, and many tantalizing house infused spirits. Laundry is open daily at 4.30pm. Reservations are suggested. Laundry is locally owned & operated by Rex’s Family of Restaurants. Be sure to meet the entire family located here in Steamboat Springs including Mazzola’s Majestic Italian, Rex’s Grill, Big House Burgers, Salt & Lime, Lil’ House Coffee & Biscuits and Creekside Cafe.

May 15, 2017Everything was excellent. The place is designed for small plates and sharing. Somewhat pricey, however i have no complaints. Worth every dollar. Would definitely go back.

July 3, 2016AMAZING food! Loved the atmosphere and the food was great! Just as a warning though, each small dish is on average $15 and they suggest 2 small plates per person. We had 4 adults and got 6 small plates and were satisfied. It could be easy to get carried away when wanting to try everything!

June 18, 2016We came here for dinner while visiting some family in Steamboat, and holy cow is it great. Everything is superb, from the service and ambiance to the food and drinks. I would rate this above most upmarket restaurants in major metros, but at a small discount on the check and with much better service. My only recommendation other than to become a patron is to limit your order to two dishes per person (per the staff's advice). As hard as that is to do, we did that plus one dish and it was a bit too much food. Anyways, I'll certainly return here the next time we're in Steamboat!

May 22, 2016Took a bunch of friends for apps and drinks. Staff was wonderful & super accommodating. Food was elegant, delicious and easy for sharing plates in a large group. Cocktails were exquisite, unique and very tasty. Definitely more of more mature atmosphere, would have been difficult with children. Will definitely be going back again!

April 12, 2016What a special gem of a restaurant in Steamboat! After living in NYC and SF, this restaurant ranks with the best of them on the East and West coast. Drinks are classic and terrific, food was delicious, and price point was reasonable, service was terrific!
