La Palina Restaurant

One of the great neighborhood Italian mainstays. I love coming back to Brooklyn and having a real Italian meal here!

Visited here for a wedding rehearsal dinner and we had gobs of food (they even had leftovers). The garlic bread with real chunks of garlic was just so delicious, I scraped the garlic off a few pieces just to get more of that flavor. Salad was good; croquettes were fantastic, mozzarella sticks were pretty good but I really loved the pasta/sauce. For the entree, I selected the chicken francese. It was pretty good but I've had better. Otherwise, attentive service, quick to refill all items and accommodating of all meal requests.

This was one of the absolute best Italian restaurants I have been to in NYC! The staff was very friendly, courteous, and cordial throughout. The food absolutely delicious and prepared to perfection - everything we ordered! I would highly recommend La Palina if you are in the area - you will not be disappointed!

Good service. Had the eggplant parmesan so good. Havent been here in15 years..pleasantly surprised..my friends had fish and veal and my husband filet of sole oreganata..all was delicious...will b back

This Restaurant is packed on the Holidays Today people don't want to cook anymore way too much work for the family but also very good with they food.

Reasonable prices. Excellent Italian restaurant . A taste of Old Brooklyn. Great service, tasty food.
