Since this place became "Bobby's Bagels" it has gone straight downhill. You need a major training day. If its not a bagel with cream cheese your servers don't have a clue. If it wasn't for the older Hispanic lady who has been there for years, all you would get is a bagel with cream cheese. They don't know how to make the sandwiches and if you ask for one of your special salads you get a major blank look and they will even tell you they don't know how to make it. Maybe if "Bobby" was in the store more and upfront he would see these things. Oh and let me add your "gourmet" hot chocolate is milk with Hershey's syrup. Now that is really "gourmet".

Food is fine. Obviously a popular locale.

Only rating on the bagels. Some of the best bagels in the area. Best if you get there early in the morning when they are hot. The cream cheese is fine. The other toppings leave a lot to be desired. For example, the eggs for the bagel are microwaved in a plastic container and the bacon is that really thin crumbled stuff. That said, the kids like the breakfast sandwiches and I enjoy the bagels and cream cheese. One good deal is they sell day old bagels for $1.50 for a bag of four. Cheaper and better than Giant or Safeway.

The bagels are fresh, soft, & really tasty.

We're retired and travel alot. Our daughter took us here and I have to say their bagels are amazing and the cream cheeses were marvelous. We bought a 13 pack with plain creamcheese and the honey walnut.creamcheese We even had them pull 3 bagels and toast them so we could eat them there, such a wonderful breakfast. One more note...we are complete diet coke snobs and if you are also their diet coke is now on our list of places to buy a fountain diet coke. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. And their prices are super reasonable.

I have loved the bagels here for a long time. However, the last few times I have gone in to buy bagels (dozen plain - what can I say - we are boring) they haven’t had them! Not a single plain bagel at 11am on a Saturday!!! Barely anything at all. WTH. And no intention of making any. Such poor planning or something. It’s been bought out and maybe that is the issue, but I know I can call Bagel Buddies in Fair Lakes and they absolutely will bake what I need. They are farther for me to travel, but I love their staff and atmosphere, and from now on will travel the extra distance to support them. Bye Bye KSB or Bobs or whatever your new name is.

I could drive from Herndon to New York, purchase a bagel (just a bagel - nothing on it) and drive back faster than I can buy a bagel at this dump. God forbid you get stuck behind someone with a complex order.

Great food. Quick service. This place reminds me of living in New York. Highly recommend if looking for a bagel/breakfast/lunch
