Komol Restaurant

Hats off to the cook!! Lots of authentic Thai options on the menu. I ordered my dish "Thai hot" and loved it!!! Have never found a restaurant to offer such a spicy plate but Komol has....be prepared to have your tongue tingling!!

Excellent menu. Delicious, fresh, food. Great vegetarian and non-veg selection. Simple ambience, but clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.Will definitely return.

It is one of those oddly time-warp type of places with dark wood, mirrors, faux marble and faintly Tuscan columns and arches. Chairs are padded and tables have white linen. The main dining area can get a bit noisy when there are large groups. My favorite seating is by the windows, but you have to request those with your reservation.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant to visit each time I am in town. My husband and I literally had a meal here each of the 4 days we were in town once. No lie. Okay, the place doesn't look that special and it is in a bit of a creepy area off the strip, but the food... THE FOOD is the bomb! Now, as you may know, I am vegan. There are as many vegan dishes as there are regular dishes. My favorites are #1 Herbal Salad. It's the best thing I've ever had. No joke. The pineapple rice is delicious. It's the only place that I've tried this dish that does not use curry. They use a tomato base. Good stuff. Today I tried the appetizer sample with fried veggies, egg rolls, tofu and fried spinach. It was good. I also tried the Pad Thai. Also good. So next time you're in the area, you should make the effort to stop by.

I got a lot of recommendations to try this place, especially from the vegan community and I’m glad we finally tried it! It was just passed lunch time so we were the only table in the place for a while but food and service were still impeccable. I got the Tom Ka Gai with snapper and it was perfect. Exactly what I was imagining when I pre checked the menu online. The lunch special (chicken chow mein that was just $7 and came with an egg roll) was the perfect size for my daughter. They offer beer and wine but I didn’t have any. Also desserts and fruit, again we didn’t have any though. Thai food in general is pretty pricey but I felt that the value matched the food and overall experience ($17 for my soup but it could’ve been considered a shared item that could serve 4).It’s very clean and the decor was traditional. Lots of parking. Close to my house which is a plus!! (I was so hungry this day so I hardly took any pictures, unfortunately.)Found a new favorite place.

This is one of my favorite places in Vegas. There is so much vegetarian food to choose from, and you can make any dish hella spicy. The staff is nice and friendly too!

Hands down. Best Thai food. It is in a strange strip mall, but food is awesome. Staff friendly. Clean. Pad Thai all day!

The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Everything we ordered came out in a timely manner and our server was diligent about checking up on us. Would definitely recommend!

Decent prices and excellent Thai food!! The Curry Panang is really good. And it comes with a rice bowl, so it should fill you up. The sauce has basil in it, so its just so good!The service is very kind; they will come to you if you point your finger up, but they should come check on you regardless.... Still a 5star.
