We are a KOREAN restaurant that specializes in a variety of "SunDuBu" (A.K.A. Soft-tofu soup). The soups come out bubbling from the kitchen and are very tasty~ One of the more popular soups include the Combination tofu soup which contains shrimps, oysters, clams, and beef, Mushroom tofu soup, and beef tofu soups. There are 13 flavors of soup to choose from and the spiciness ranges from White (not spicy at all) to Very-Very-Spicy! We Also have meat dishes for the meat lovers that come sizzling to your table and a variety of "Bibimbap" which is served on a stone pot! The food is served with a variety of "Banchan" (A.K.A. Side dishes) that varies through the week and are a perfect compliment to the food in our menu.

After going to one other tofu house and hearing so much hype about Kaju, I feel it's a bit of a let down. The other place had more flavorful broth for the same order (beef tofu soup). Also, the kalbi was more flavor as well. Maybe i just came in on the wrong day? I do have to say that the tidy at Kaju was silkier than the other place. But overall the other place, I think, is more my style. The service here is good, and the Banchan is good also. Plus, I do like that the rice comes in individual pots. Parking is kind of a pain because it's in a strip mall so sharing with so many other shops. Overall, I'd come back if I was in the area. Maybe give it another go.

The tofu soups are amazing- very hearty and filling. The side dishes are top notch quality and you have to try their fried dumplings. Although I didn't get it The kim chi is mildly spicy with a bit of sweetness. I really enjoyed it... so much so that I pretty much ate rice and side dishes.

Love all the unique traditional design elements from the old school type sets to the old dolls and wooden masks to the heavy sturdy tables to the wallpaper. But, most importantly, the food is amazing without being pretentious. The customers are a mix between Korean and the heavy Vietnamese neighborhood it's located. Really appreciate the wheeled banh chan cart that goes around which makes refilling so convenient and fast. There's actually 3 vegetarian soft tofu options available (vegetable, mushroom and veggie dumplings). Another location in Buena Park.LPT: Get there within 30 min of opening at 11am for lunch otherwise there's a line already. GO KALBI or GO HOME!

Tip: Check in on Yelp to save your place and time. There are a few non-pork options for the soup!Parking in this area during the weekend is HORRENDOUS. They’re known for their tofu soup so def recommend that. They have a scale of spiciness which is nice. Nothing like Thai spice though. Price is a little on the expensive side for sure but portion is big. They do charge for extra rice. They do have brown rice optional. Free refills on side dishes but it takes forever to flag down a server. They do sells kimchi individually in a Togo container. Their kimchi is actually really good so i had to ask. ~$8 for small foam soup container and ~$14 for medium foam soup container.

I normally come during lunch. Try to get here at least 15 minutes before noon, otherwise expect a bit of a wait. It's usually pretty busy, but the servers are quick. The tofu soups are the best of any place I've had nearby and I usually get the spicy chicken or pork as well; the all-you-can-eat sides are really well made and delicious. I stopped ordering triple-spicy (the hottest level on the menu), it's not too spicy for my tongue but it always upsets my stomach.

Good Korean food. This place is always packed so make sure you join their Yelp wait list before coming in to save time. More than 5 people will be charged 18% tips.

Very authentic and fresh taste.Price - Standard going rate for Tofu food.Parking - The parking isnt the best with the crowded complex here in the plaza. Overall great place and will be coming back.
