Hamamori Restaurant and Lounge

James Hamamori is supremely talented both in balanced, modern sushi creation, and in cooked dishes from pork belly through tempura. I lived a couple years in Japan, and have enjoyed sushi up and down California and elsewhere. Outside of Tsukiji and Hokkaido, I haven't found better quality fish, and I haven't found better skills anywhere. Staff and chefs are friendly. Of course the omakase is excellent, but so is everything else, and your personal preferences are welcomed.

This restaurant is clearly one of the tastiest restaurants in the region. Every time I come there I am absolutely glad. They manage their very high standard service and the highest level of dishes they serve. You are always happy with this restaurant. Highly recommended.

I arrive at this special restaurant once a month since I love the ambiance that is unique to this place. The crew is extraordianrillyremarkably friendly and experienced. The service is deeply fast. Not to mention, the food they cook is perfect. I visited many times and I was never disappointed. The payment is modest. I highly suggest this place to my friends and family.
