Granny Annies Family Restaurant

When we first got there we were not shown to a table. And there was no sign saying to seat ourselves or to wait to be seated. Instead a lady came up to us and asked if we had a table. We politely told her no. And she walked away. About 10 minutes later we were finally seated. The diner was not busy. We ordered and it took about 15 minutes to get our food. I had ordered the fruit waffle. Had I known that it would have been a waffled topped with a sickeningly sweet "fruit" syrup, I would not have ordered it. We were unimpressed by the biscuits and gravy. As for the french toast, there's not much to say, since there wasn't much to taste. We also ordered a scone, which was alright. We have had more pleasant experiences in the past, and this was not one of them.

Food is excellent. Large portions and their scones are to die for! Fast and friendly service. I absolutely recommend Granny Annie's for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Server was very chatty. Too bad it was with the couple behind me. 14 minutes later ( I timed it) I left

Next level breakfast food! Cheap prices and large portions! Love coming here! Some of the best breakfast food in town! The scone is worth it alone!

I wish I could say I loved this place because I love greasy spoon diners. Unfortunately, this restaurant left me disappointed. The butter on our toast tasted like cleaning fluid and my Denver omelette was almost pure onion in the middle. I understand they were having plumbing problems the day we went and didn't have the full menu available, so maybe the service/food that day was suffering as a fluke. I've had far worse, and their coffee is decent, so I've given them 3 stars instead of less.

Great food at a great price! Always full in the mornings, but the wait is worth it.

We love the great service and tasty food. We have only experienced breakfast here and it's often a busy place but worth the wait. Make sure to try one of their scones!

Portions were much smaller than Sills. Price is a little higher as well. Food was not hot and Coffee refills were very slow and you have to ask for them. A lot of noise from the people yelling for people on the wait list. Annoying and takes away from an outing an positive experience. I would not recommend this restaurant for a dinning experience.

The food is great and so is the service. Just keep in mind that you will be waiting awhile to be seated. But it was worth the wait. Excellent breakfast, especially the scones!
