The portions seem to be getting smaller. we've been going here for about 10 yrs..the food is excellent! Delivery is quick and always friendly!

Not a good experience , much better places around . Armandos , Koolinis to name a few with better food .

Extremely disappointing. First time ordering from windsor location. Food came late cold and soggy . Called and complained. Offered only a half credit for a 60 dollar cold meal. Nope come back and return my money. I waited all that time to end up without a meal.

Was here with a group feom Detroit on a Rumrunners Tour and the food was fantastic!!

Was told an hour 2 hours later food showed up cold... Very disappointed never again.

Aside from the portions getting smaller and the longer delivery times, I am very disappointed and annoyed with the lady whom answered the phone. The attitude is uncalled for. If you do not want to work in customer service then don't! I wanted to call back and cancel my order but I've been ordering from here for years. I've never called a business and felt so disrespected before, like I was an inconvenience and was interrupting her... think this will be the last time I order from here... hey koolinis is across the street they're just the same and the girl who takes your order is very nice!

It had been a while since I bought a Franco's pizza. Tried it for a Thanksgiving football party and it was quite good. Not cheap, but much better than the paper thin Koolini pizza I had last time. Medium thick crust which was done correctly, lots of cheese and toppings. I will order again.

I love francos so much great food amazing servers. Club house and fries are the way to go

Ordered their spagetti and meatballs. The meatballs were hard. Had to wait an hr to get the meatballs cause they forgot to add it to the order. Never again order from them.

Perch was great, wifes veal and pasta portion was huge.
