July 5, 2018If you know me, you know I prefer my bed over brunch. Welp, Flatz has completely changed my perspective with their incredible brunch buffet spread, bottomless mimosas, Front Range view, genuine wait staff and stellar lady cooks.

June 25, 2018We used to really like the Sunday brunch, but they took away the seafood and desert section so now it’s just a breakfast bar. It was still good but sad to lose the lunch out of brunch :(

June 20, 2018I arrived early, even though my party had a reservation so I stopped at the coffee shop and Megan was extremely delightful to work with. She made my coffee drink and I went to the counter to see about the reservation. Even though my party had notbyet arrived the hostess seated me and made sure I had water while I waited. The breakfast food was delicious although I wasn't expecting a buffet as the only option. They ran out of bacon quickly, but tge wait to restock was not bad at all. I ordered a custok omelete that was delicious. My friend ordered a waffle that she really loved. I am gluten-free so I could not try it. The potatoes were delectable everyone at the table enjoyed them! Highly recommend if you don't mind a breakfast buffet and customized omelete made to order. Beautifully spacious layout and subtle ambiance made tge experience quite enjoyable.

May 9, 2018Best buffet in town when cost is considered. Great people - incredible food. They have many cooked to order choices and whenever I have asked for something special they always deliver The service and food are top notch! I enjoyed the made to order omelette, perfectly cooked crispy bacon and fresh fruit. The biscuits and gravy might have been the best I've ever tried. My kids enjoyed the made to order waffles. The service here was excellent.
