El Viejo Yayo Restaurant on 9th

I have been there several times in the past. This time we all strayed from the standard chicken rice and beans. This Dominican Restaurant is located in the heart of Park Slope. The food have the wonderful flavors of the Islands. We had a wonderful time and the wait staff was really nice. Food was reasonably priced. Bathroom was really clean. There was no wait and they took reservations.

I adore this restaurant! They serve excellent meals, they have a rich menu, The cook in that spot is very experienced, I love very much tasting all their food. The dishes are always good, the service towards the guests is agreeable. I often eat in this restaurant and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend this place.

The decor of this restaurant is dated and the service was slow since only one waitress working during lunch hour. However, the food is so tasty same as the drinks. We definitely like their paella it’s the best one we had so far in Brooklyn. It’s our first time to try Mofongo we sure like it very much also.
