Wow showed up like 5 mins to closing and the owner and her family welcomed me into their quaint Lil restaurant. Smelled of great cooking and had a family touch to it. Ordered the chicken dinner, but momma said she was gonna fatten me up. She added some stuffed shrimp and a ton of sides and some chicken wings. While waiting the family brought me a glass of sweet tea while momma spoke to me about her restaurant and how she wanted to take her food trailer to Clyde Warren park in Dallas. Well the food is spectacular and now I know why everyone has recommended that I should try it and why they were having a group of critics and foodies to try their delicious Louisiana style cuisine. Come and try their delicious food. U will not regret or wear buttoned pants. For a family style restaurant with that feel of going to grandmas or one of your other great cooks in your family’s house, then this is the place

Food was great fish was kinda salty but other than that the shrimp was good I will be going back

Authentic home cooked Southern style, down south food dishes and home of the ORIGINAL stuffed shrimp!!! From seafood like filet catfish or deveined shrimp to smotherd pork chops smothered hamburger steak with rice and gravy or french fries for ALL dish...YOU CAN'T GO WRONG...with this long standing restaurant which has been a staple of the Hollywood community for many, MANY years! 🍤🍤 👍👍

The stuffed shrimp tasted like bananas, the fish was fishy tasting, and the order came with fries when I asked for rice and gravy. Don't order from grubhub for pickup just go there instead. You may get better service.

The food I order was okay. The fish tastes old. But the burger, stuff shrimp, chicken and fries was good. The only problem I had was the time. It took about 30 minutes to an hour to get my food and it shouldn't have to take that long with very little customer. I always wanted to try this restaurant now I see why I don't really see peoples there.

OMG this place has THE. BEST. FRIED. SHRIMP.EVER!!!!! I walked in & instantly thought I walked into my grand mother's kitchen. Seriously, transport yourself to food heaven & go here for lunch or an early dinner. Seriously-- we've traveled around the world & this place has THE BEST FOOD around!!!!
