Eatwell Organic Noodle

Fresh, fast and healthy! Finding this food truck felt like winning the lotto. Cauliflower tempura is enough for two to share but so delicious I ate it all myself. The green tea soba noodle veggie bowl was amazing!

I wish I could give them double the stars, but only 5 are available... brisket ramen was truly special: large thick pieces of perfectly cooked meat, great texture, gentle sweet traces of fat, all turning into nirvana on the palate when chewed... I don't understand how it's possible to have a meal of this quality at that price, but it happened. Very nice people there, the place itself has a very good ambience, too. One of the best noodle places I ever went to, if not the best.

Great great food in Florence. Healthy and fresh. World class asian food where you need it most. The steamed gyoza / dumplings were in a chili sauce and they were as good as any I've had at Din Tai Fung or any other famous place. Tempura Cauliflower- so good. The bowls? So good.

Dan Dan noodles were great. One of the better choices in Florence

Definitely in the top for florence eats. Never had anything less than awesome here. I always see the same folks working and they obviously care, and put a lot of effort into the food and experience.

So so so very happy the chef decided to stay and open up shop at the old KFC permanently! His menu changes weekly and all noodles are handmade in house and the rest of the ingredients are all fresh and local. Haven't had a bowl of ramen yet that I haven't enjoyed thoroughly. I can't wait to see what he has in store for us next when he opens his restaurant!

Killer cold noodle salad and other vegetable options. Raven is awesome and can't wait for the indoor location and the trailer at City Lights cinema.
