Don Meres Restaurant

I love this place. Best restuarant (I would say Mexican restuarant specifically but then I'd be lying) in town. This is my go to and it is so affordable too. Lake Elsinore's overall restaurant services are mediocre at best but Don Mere's for sure sets the curve.

Everything is fantastic at Don Mere's. Food, owner, staff. If you want authentic Mexican food and fast stop by. I'm not from the area but when I get into town I always make a visit.

Great new addition to The Historic Downtown Lake Elsinore @ Main St.! Breakfast lunch and dinner has been great each visit! Best Taco Tuesday deal in Elsinore! Their chorizo breakfast burrito is excellent and flavorful!

Absolutely authentic! Homemade tortillas! Chile Relleno melts in the mouth. I could fill a page but I'l let you find out for yourselves!

Such great food & service! If you are looking for good menudo, this is surprisingly the place & it's available 7 days a week (good & consistent each day as well). They have good hot wings, burritos, salsa bar, etc. everything.

This place has lots of flavor. Mucho sabor. Always have left thinking about how amazing the food is.

We were there on Christmas eve afternoon. The ladies were hoping to close early - say 5 PM. Regardless, since it was only around 1:30, they went out of their way to be hospitable, made a fresh pot of coffee. Apparently it was taco Tuesday. So great prices. The chili relleno is excellent. So are the street tacos. And lots of greenery comes with it.

My favorite Mexican restaurant closed so I thought I'd try out this place. The tacitos are good. Authentic tasting, but the rice isn't as good. Still a solid place for good food.

The Staff Was Super Helpful And Friendly Made Us Feel Very Welcomed And Not To Mention The Food Was Delicious Really Made Me Feel Like I Was Eating My Mothers Mexican Food And Not To Mention The Carne Asada Was Amazing Tasted Like REAL Carne Asada
