Desaki Restaurant

Hostess and chefs were great but Erik the waiter was rude and acted like we were bothering him when we asked for anything. They Handed us a bill 3 minutes after we got our food on our plates and Started to clear other areas by stacking dirty napkins not even 15 inches from my meal. When I said I wasn’t close to finishing the busser did remove the napkins and even asked others to wait till I was finished, but the end of the meal was disappointing because of that. The food was excellent overall but the rushing was unfortunate and customer service needs improvement.

Pleasantly pleased with service, food, and decor. I ordered wrong item off the menu and they accommodated me with no hassle. The family photo was a nice treat! I would certainly come back here.

One of the best hibachi places I've ever been to and the food is just as delicious as the service. The cooks are hilarious and the waiters are very attentive. It seems pricey for dinner at first, but you get soooo much with the meal and have enough for lunch the next day. The hibachi cooks were making us laugh the whole time and the place itself is very very nice and big inside. I'm not from PA but would come back just for this restaurant. Loved it!

This establishment makes you feel right at home! Such a wonderful experience whether by yourself or with family! So much fun and entertainment for all! Love this place!

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful interior. Delicious sushi. If I had a girlfriend, I would bring her here.

Food was ok when we initially got seat server was so rude had an attitude with one of my family member and myself she was taking orders from 2 tables we were a party of 10...we insisted to move other sever was good also chef..the area we sat in however plates and utensils were dirty was told no1 sits on that side as they were getting ready to close soon ..we arrived 10:12pm

Where do I start? With the delicious, frest sushi? With the AWESOME hibachi and friendly chefs? With their fantastic specials? Or the friendly, knowledgeable staff? I LOVE THIS PLACE! They also offer areas for groups, weddings, or sweet Sixteen parties in their beautiful restaurant. I personally had my daughter's bridal shower here and Cara bent over backwards to every request I had. And her father, and owner, Vincent is such a sweet man! They have special discounts at time on their Facebook, so LIKE their page. This is BEST, and only Japanese restaurant in the Poconos. Located close to Mt. Airy casino, Camelback, and the Great Wolf Lodge. Totally family friendly! Just go! What are you waiting for?!

Definitely a fun family experience. The chefs are a treat and make the whole table join in. Their hats were on fire. Their green tea is fabulous. The food was a little sub par and didn't really hold standard to the way it looked or priced. The Lo Mein was good though and you do get a lot of food. Need to bring your stretchy pants.

We were visiting from NY and stopped here our first night in PA. We had the BEST time from start to finish. Our server Will was absolutely awesome! The magician was very good and the kids loved him! Our hibachi cook Stevey was hysterical and incredibly entertaining. At the end of our meal, the manager came over and they took a group photo and framed it for us. Keep up the great work everyone! We will be back!🤗👍🏻

We eat here on a regular basis and the place is amazing. Such a good performance from the Chefs. They are also one of my favorite places for sushi in the Poconos. Atmosphere is great. I definitely recommend them.
