Quirky place that draws a crowd. HOWEVER, if you put omelet in the name of your restaurant I would expect light, fluffy, out of this world omelets. Not!3-egg omelets are thin and not fluffy or extra-special. Not terrible at all, just not a high-quality omelet. I would go back, but would NOT ORDER an omelet. This is not a foodie place for fantastic omelets. Quirky, eccentric, fun atmosphere. Great service, but food is average at best. Looking at others photos I would say my omelet today is what most people get. I had a turkey, bacon, tomato omelet with cream cheese and would NOT recommend that as a good flavor profile. Plus the omelet is nothing special. I will try french toast or eggs another way...

We love the Cosmic Omelet!! There is something for everyone here and if you can’t find exactly what you want they are always happy to help you customize your meal. There is always something interesting on the weekly specials. All of the omelets come with toast and potatoes but when we were eating low carb they deducted those items from the cost of the meal which I really appreciated. The staff is super friendly! All of the wait staff are great but Tiffany is the best!! She also makes delicious baked goods every week. Tracy is a hands on owner who makes every guest feel welcome. All of this is already more than you can ask for in a breakfast spot but that’s leaving out the awesome atmosphere! Don’t worry about the Sunday wait. Just follow the yellow brick road through the arcade and check out all the local art for sales on the wall. You will not regret trying the Cosmic Omelet!

I would’ve given this restaurant a 4 star review for the quality of the food, but the service was AWFULLLL!!! Our waitress, Deb took a long time to get to our table to get our drinks, forgot our drinks, and was flat out rude. An item was missing from one of our omelettes, it was on our bill, however we couldn’t find our waitress and she never came back to check on us. I had to ask another waitress for coffee, but she couldn’t because they were “brewing” it. Finally, as I am about to leave I am served with coffee. I wanted to place a takeout order (which adds money to the bill) however Deb did not come over. Finally at the end of the meal, she came over after us finding her. We gave her our order to go, which added longer to our stay. When we received the bill we noticed we were Not charged for the take out order, however, we didn’t feel like waiting 20 minutes to find Deb. This was a horrible experience, and I will NOT be back. It’s a shame because I go here often.

Totally Funky Diner.Interesting specials, "The Organ Grinder", was in the Halloween theme. Omelette with thin sliced liver and caramelized onions was very funky and good. The only thing missing was the mushroom gravy. The hash browns had a neat spice but were under-cooked. I would suggest ordering them crispy done. The rye toast was so-so. The service was exceptional and efficient. The kitchen was lightning fast. Definitely will return for more funkiness.

Always great service and delicious food. It does not matter if they are super busy or if it is a slow morning during the week. Fresh local ingredients and the specials are changing quite often so you get to try something new every time you visit.

Best restaurant I’ve ever been to, without question. Everything is outstanding. This is the only place I will get breakfast in this part of the state. Go during the week to avoid a wait, but if there is a wait it’s worth waiting. The owner is one of the nicest people, in over 10 years I’ve never heard or experienced anything negative.

Good breakfastplace, great service, good prices. And the decoration of this store is already worth the visit!
