October 19, 2018A lovely walk in narrow and sometimes wet slippery paths deep in the mountain with the ultimate goal of seeing the Falls. Well worth the effort and plenty to see along the way. The guides all have a good sense of humor and kept us laughing.

July 7, 2018Amazing time. No words to describe the underground beauty of this place. Incredible story of love and perseverance that brought this wonder to the world! I'll be back with my kids!

November 25, 2017Ruby Falls is the nation's tallest and deepest underground waterfall open to the public. Discovered in 1928, Leo Lambert accidentally found a breathtaking waterfall deep within Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Lambert named the falls after his wife, Ruby, and opened the Chattanooga attraction to the public in 1929. Today, Ruby Falls welcomes over half a million visitors each year from around the world. Come tour the cavern, see the falls and discover why this unique destination has been one of the best things to do in Tennessee for over 89 years. Adventure awaits at Ruby Falls!

November 2, 2017Chuck our guide was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and funny. He made my 5yr daughters 1st visit so enjoyable. The caverns have been kept beautiful. From hanging taco shells to a leaning tower the formations are beautiful. Get there early to avoid too many people.

November 1, 2017Great tour! Our tour guide was great! Good sense of humor and loved to keep all of his group involved. The unique structures throughout the cave are awesome. The lighting on Ruby Falls was beautiful! Pretty amazing experience.😊

May 22, 2017I liked the cave. I thought our guide was nice. She did a decent job. But the falls themselves was just so not worth it. They crowd you in the room with the fall, lights are off, music playing to build anticipation, lights come on.....if it weren't for the colored lights going off and on it would really be a disappointment. You get 20 minutes to get a look and get pictures and then they shut off the lights and your guide ushers you out with the flashlight. Not worth it in my opinion. It seems they hustle the groups through to make the maximum amount of money. Typical, I know. But since the highlight is the falls, maybe more time there would be a good idea.

February 10, 2017If you're touring in or around the Chattanooga TN area, if you've never been here, put this one on your list. Easy relaxing pace for anyone. The caverns are timeless beauty inside Lookout Mountain. The 1:20 underground tour is well done in groups of 25 or so. You can also buy a combo ticket to see Rock City nearby, also a great scenic attraction.

February 9, 2017It was a very nice little adventure. My 6 year old daughter loved the thought of going more than 1000 ft. underground and finding the beautiful waterfall at the end. Our tour guide was also very nice and personable.

September 6, 2016This is one tourist attraction definitely worth visiting! They did a great job lighting up the cave and the guides do a wonderful job talking about the history and discovery of the cave. The underground waterfall and light show was pretty cool. I would gladly go again

July 23, 2016Lovely tour of the caves to see an underground waterfall. The tour guide was smart and answered questions without any hesitation. I would go back and do another tour and I recommend stopping here even if you are just passing through as it is well worth your time.
