November 14, 2018This place is a hidden gem. I'm serious. This place is incredible. Wonderful seafood, the drunken shrimp sauce is to kill for. I actually ordered a side of the sauce to take home. The filet, the white fish, the salad was incredible. I seriously can't say enough about this place. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Molly was wonderful as our waitress. Thanks again!!!!

November 12, 2018Was invited to dine there by a chance meeting from the Chef’s mother. The food is excellent and I love that they use fresh ingredients they purchase from farmers right here in Michigan. I had the Whiting fish, my husband had chicken, and our guests had the steak. We spent two hours there. The average cost for four people is about $120.00 and its worth it!

July 12, 2018The food is interesting and not typical for a small town. So are the drinks. Delicious.

June 11, 2018Wasn’t a fan of the food (I got the sloppy joe, definitely do not recommend that) and the pop was flat.

May 18, 2018Stopped at canal street cafe for lunch on a business trip. A quaint little cafe with superb service. To start, had the tomato basil soup, which was delicious. I also tried their signature salad. A unique salad choice with outstanding flavors. The pork melted in your mouth, and the balsamic dressing was the perfect match with the goat cheese, cherries, and the crisp salad spring mix. To end, I tried their peanut butter pie. It was to die for! I would certainly recommend this establishment, and looking forward to my next visit.
