Screwed up order... long wait for bad food.. to top it off it was expensive. The triad of terrible.

Leaving one star because I don't see a way to leave zero and write a review. We only had a coffee and cappucino which were fine, but this review is not about the food. The customer service is horrible! The employees are rude and condescending. Does it take much effort to smile and be polite? We are staying at the Venetian, but we won't be back to this place.

Whenever I walk pass Cafe Pan notion of how can something like this get prime real estate in a high-end hotel? I guess when you've the moolah anything is possible. The only thing they got going here illy brand coffee. Now just because it's illy doesn't mean you'll get the experience of one of illy own branded shop experience. Everything here seems so mediocre that you can tell morning pastries are deliver by a bakery or store bought. You can tell when all bear claw are uniform the same size and width with identical marking from mass quantity machine produce. Don't even get me going on the price.

Had chicken shawarma and Caesar salad and both were very tasty.

Staff was very nice and friendly. The food had a good flavor, but instead of giving me fresh carved beef it was pulled from a pan on the flat top. It was a little tough, crunchy, and hard to enjoy.

Stale veggies! A big no for your stomach. Both,falafel wrap and shawarma plate , was tasteless and not fresh. Falafels cover had got thick and hard.

Ordered the veggie omelette. Didn’t taste good and hash brown was hard.

Yes, stay away from this one. Just plain bad food.

Good vegetables omelette. I asked for no gluten and sub for more vegetables. They were happy to do so. Not easy to get this compromise elsewhere.
