An amazing little cafe. Locally grown and organic ingredients. When eating here, you know you're eating real food.

Try the hummus plate! Seriously though, one of my favorite meals ever. I wish I could eat it every day. The potato leek soup is awesome (though never served hot enough). The panini was voted best sandwich in MO and doesn't disappoint. The specials are always creative and tasty. And for the love of God get some cookies while you're there. Yummy!

This is a lovely little local cafe, complete with a very nice wait staff. I've been twice in the past month and had a soup and sandwich combo each time (potato soup, tuna sandwich and vegetable chowder and Turkey salami sandwich), along with their raspberry tea. Absolutely delicious! Just good simple fresh tasting food. I'll definitely be back.

Cafe Blackadder is one of my very favorite restaurants. I love their rotating specials and have never left disappointed with anything I've tried (which has been a considerable amount). Their staff is full of wonderful people who put their all into what they do, and it shows. I also admire their philosophy on keeping food as local as they can, and up-cycling furniture. Five stars all around.

Wow. Did not expect the inside given the name, the history of which is explained on the menu. Local grown, local served, pretty much farm to table as much as they can. I opted for their daily special. Seared yellowfin tuna with an arugula pesto, cucumber and squash, mini mozzarella cheese balls with pistachios, some black berries, wild rice, and in house made crostini. I think food was the easy choice. Besides flavored iced tea, they had an assortment of flavored lemonades to choose from. Decided on regular lemonade and it did not disappoint, it was literally handmade from scratch right when I ordered it. Food was phenomenal I wish I could have this place back home and I want just visiting. Finished off with a cup of their Darjeeling tea and a lemon cookie. Perfect end to a perfect meal. Great atmosphere and staff.

Fantastic food and service, female run and owned. Everything is fresh and from local markets. Awesome tea and coffee. You have to go here at least once in your life.

This place is one of my favorites. Fresh ingredients and vegetarian and vegan options.
