Unpretentious, welcoming spot. Nice draft beer selection. If they have their pizza meatball appetizer, get that!! Yum!

Great atmosphere and great food. I had the steak tip Alfredo and would get it again. Excellent service.

Forgot to post this: last spring I went here with family after my graduation ceremony (only place with with less than an hour wait). Mom had bought me a bouquet but left it under the table. I called and asked if they'd found it, expecting it to already be in the trash. They'd put them in water and stored them in the fridge (mother was thrilled). It was a few days before I made it back to town; the flowers were still in beautiful condition. Just thought that was above and beyond.

Great atmosphere. The bar side H.R. steinhouse is chill with a good selection of craft beers on tap. Very well done and tasty bar food menu. Highly recommend the pretzel logs with beer cheese.

Eat in the wine cellar. Everything is delicious! Still... After all these years....the best restaurant in Indiana.
