Share in a one-of-a-kind celebration of music and culture as Bob Marley: A Tribute to Freedom at Universal CityWalk takes you on a musical journey through the life of the "King of Reggae." Bob Marley’s songs of faith, hope, rebellion, and determination have brought inspiration and joy to audiences everywhere. Working closely with Rita Marley and the Bob Marley Foundation, we have created a replica of Bob's home on 56 Hope Road in Kingston, Jamaica. Inside, artifacts, photos, and video clips from his legendary career surround visitors in the open-air veranda and courtyard. The cuisine features Jamaican-influenced appetizers, entrees and desserts. Some of the most popular items are the Oxtail Stew, the Sun is Shining grilled chicken breast marinated in Jamaican curry sauce, and the Taste of Jamaica appetizer platter featuring veggie & beef patties, mango wings and yucca fries.

My family and i visited orlando, florida this past weekend and decided to try A tribute to Freedom restaurant. Hands down the best Jamaican food ive ever had. Our server, Alicia, was truly phenomenal and made our experience the best. She was very warm, attentive and consistent. We truly had an amazing experience. Thank you for having us 💞

Dazzy and me had The Sun Is Shining Curry Chicken Boneless chicken breast strips marinated with jamaican curry sauce, grilled and served over a bed of rice and beans. And you know we had to have the drinks Jamaican Freeze. A unique blend of ska-berry daquiri, kingston colada and Caribbean Calamity Bacardi select, bacardi coco, and banana liqueur blended with orange and pineapple juices

This is the sleeper hit of City Walk. It was undoubtedly the best meal we had during our entire week-long vacation. Portions are huge, service is friendly, live reggae hits the stage at night, and every food item we had was the best version of it we'd had anywhere (and my fiance has been to Jamaica many times). The app sampler of yucca fries, beef Patty, vegetable party and jerk wings was a meal on its own. The ox tail stew was tender and delicious, obviously braised low and slow, covered in a thick demi-glace-like sauce. The ackee and saltfish was minced together so that every forkful of the dish was a perfect bite. The drinks were impossibly potent. The vibe might not be for everyone, bold flavors might not appeal to those with more mild palates, and it may be too loud for some once the music starts, but I can't recommend this place enough.

Had a great dinner with family at this restaurant! Enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and staff. Service was quick and genuine, and the manager of the restaurant(I believe her name was Kayley) came to the table to make sure we enjoyed ourselves - not something you experience often! Will definitely be back!!!

Excellent place for delicious comfort food.Relaxed, cozy, and casual atmosphere.Live music, outdoor seating, vegetarian options, happy hour specials.Reservations are recommended.Service, as with all City Walk restaurants, is excellent.Staff is very friendly and efficient.Prices are a bit high, (but it is Universal after all,) given that, quality of service, and tasty food, cost is not wholly unreasonable.Portions are fair.

While on vacation here we ate dinner here. Such a neat atmosphere. They definitely have a different menu. Our server Allday was great. He was very helpful on deciding what to get. Every dish that we ordered was amazing. The beef kabobs was a safe dish for our teenager who is picky about food. She loved them, and it was so flavorful. They have a wide variety of juices that aren’t in a regular restaurant my son loved the mango juice. If you are in the area and what to try a different place definitely go here!

Loved the jamaican vibe and feel of the place. We ordered the jerk chicken wings and oxtail curry. Both were yummy and it was a great evening jamming with the band playing reggae music.
