Don't be put off by the vegan options, the chicken Pho is delicious as is the chicken curry. And I love the fact that everything is organic. The only downside is this place is small so you might have to wait for a table.

I love blue hen. I don't know what else there is to say. it's perfectly fine, delicious even, comforting, flavorful Vietnamese cuisine.

Stopped by here for lunch today. We really liked it. We shared an order of spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce an my wife had the vegan Pho with tofu and I had the home style curry. Both were really good and they have a bunch of vegan choices. I cheated and got the curry with chicken. :)

The pho is great, but not for take-out. The yellow chicken curry is very good.

Rice noodle salas is very good

It's not the best pho I have ever had but it is organic and as healthy as it could be.

This place used to have the best soups. Now they are closed. We miss them and with the owners best wishes on their new venture.
