Black Molly Grill

Not sure I'd get the calamari made with coconut. I think it was the sauce they were dripping in. It made the calamari soggy and hid the flavor of the coconut breading. Would order it the traditional way next time. Great Happy Hour.

Good find! Black Molly Grill has good menu selections, reasonable prices and a friendly staff. Their New England claim chowder was very tasty...the bowl is a meal.

Awesome restaurant around St Augustine! One of the greatest restaurant that serves seafood and steak. Inside looks cozy and relaxing, server was friendly and nice. We started with some fried mozzarella, Jolly Molly cocktail and wine, they were amazing. Then, they served us amazing ceasar salad with breads. For our entree, we ordered Grilled salmon and sirloin. Foods were cooked perfectly and as we wanted medium rare for steak and medium for the salmon. Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

Fantastic. Second time I've been. Got the linguine clam. It's similar to Carrabba's style food but on the better side!! Will definitely be back.

Nothing to write home about, some of the food was good but some of it was lacking. The fish and shrimp and scallops tasted good and I could tell that they were fresh and of good quality. The fried calamari was nothing special, overtly greasy and over salted. The asparagus was overcooked on of the dishes. The fish abaco was tasty but overly sauced. Not an awful place but certainly not deserving of the 4.5 star rating it currently has.

This is our second visit in two weeks. The food as always was great. We both had the Trout with almonds. Yummy. Our waiter Jessie did a great job of getting our food out quickly and always with a smile. We will make a point of asking for him on our next visit. Great job Jessie. Maggie

This place is consistently awesome. Been here four nights this week. They have been packed every evening. Yet every dish comes out quickly and perfectly cooked. The kitchen is dialed. The FOH staff is friendly and efficient. Five stars. Er make that six. 😃

Always an amazing stop. From the New England style clam chowder to the shrimp strips the food is always delicious. Main course was the crab cake stuffed flounder with a lemon dill sauce. You can never go wrong. Even the bread is over the top delicious. Bring a friend, bring a date or bring your parents from Missouri. Even the benches impress!!!The Baileys cheese cake was enjoyed but something i cannot eat.

Stopped by with my little family and we were really impressed. Fast friendly service and good quality food in a wonderful versatile atmosphere. Awesome place all around!

This was my first experience at Black Molly’s. My blackened fish sandwich was absolutely wonderful. My extra crispy French Fries were just like I like themand the craft beer was perfect. My only problem was the seating. The bar chairs were so close together that people were actually rubbing shoulders with each other. There were actually 2 chairs next to each other but for my comfort and other patrons comfort I would’ve had to ask one or more of the patrons to move slightly. Then the hostess offered to seat me at a booth big enough for 6 people. That would’ve been inconsiderate of me to the establishments bottom line so finally a table for only 4 people opened and I accepted seating. A few more smaller tables and not as many chairs at the bar would’ve been nice for a single patron. Am I the only person who tries to be considerate of others in public?
