Big Jim’s Family Restaurant

I had an awesome time in this spot. We liked the first-rate vibes and the menu. The waiters are super welcoming. I’m glad we eventually managed to try this restaurant.

Must try their cheesecake! It is the best ever, hands down. Nobody compares, not even the cheesecake factory! Wish it weren't so pricey though. Maybe that's a good thing, if it wasn't I'd take a whole pie home everyday!

I rented the banquet hall for a baby shower, the set up was very nice, the food was spectacular, we recieved compliment after compliment, the atmosphere had a really good vibe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would have another gathering here and would recommend this place to everyone. The Chili Verde is insane.

I’ve been going to big Jim’s for a couple years the food never fails. It has been the same owner ever since I can remember as my aunt says this place has been her since el ano del caldo she’s been going here since at least the 90s. The prices a great the food portions are amazing. They seem to have maintained the same staff for a while and they are always friendly. They have burgers/salads/ burritos etc and their drinks are the best for the price. I am always surprised by he size of the margaritas. They also have a bar in the back with a big binder of drinks they offer it used to have a pool table but it is no longer there. For breakfast they offer buffet and regular plates they have some holiday specials (thanksgiving)

THE BUFFET IS DELIGHTFUL. The mimosas and omelet bar got the spot after a long weekend of moving. Five stars over and over.

The food and service here is actually quite good with fair prices. If you come in the late evening, I would recommend that you sit in the section closest to the main entrance away from the bar which can be quite noisy. I had their meatloaf dinner with clam chowder soup which were quite tasty. I would definitely come here again if I was in the area.

Been to many Big Jim's Family Restaurant in the area and this is one of the best! Very clean ambiance. Delicious food. Gracious staff. Loved the Chicken Kati. The rice pudding is so yummy too! Definitely recommend.

I wanted to give a 5 stars but my Monte Cristo was not up to par. It needed a sweet berry compote, not 1 strawberry & 1 grape square of preserves. Poor. BUT, THE CHRISTINE W/ONION RINGS is a reason to go to BIG JIMS! This burger is around $11 and DELICIOUS!! Blows away Red Robins burgers.
