Great bagels! Good service and. Food is always fresh. My only issue is that they are not open at 4am when I'm on my way to work.

Seems the price goes up every year. Their lox on a bagel is higher than it used to be & their cream cheese and lox barely has any lox. The sweeter cream cheese flavors I'm not so sure of like pumpkin pie or birthday cake. I normally get cream cheese with scallions or vegetable. They now sell rainbow Bagels for the NYC bagel craze. Also don't park in the front lot it's a pain to pull out.

Super quick service and DELICIOUS bagels. Highly recommend. They take cash and cards as well.

Extremely rude customer service. Prices are outrageous you place an order and it’s an automatic attitude. Won’t be going here anymore

Part of the reason I visit home nowadays is for these bagels. Can't be replicated anywhere else.

I got a dozen bagels this morning for my office and everyone loved them. They are very doughy and crunchy on the outside just the way I like them. It’s been a while since I had a good New York bagel and this place did not disappoint! The lady behind the counter was so nice and helpful. $30 for a dozen bagels, 1/2 pound of butter, 1/2 pound of plain cream cheese, 1/2 pound of lox cream cheese, and 1 medium coffee. With so many bagel places around it’s good to shop prices. They also have rainbow bagels and a wide variety of specialty cream cheeses! Bagel Cafe is on my way to work and I will definitely be back! Quick service, delicious bagels, friendly staff! 😊

I have never had a more unpleasant experience in New York than just now. This place, above its mediocre bagels, is ran by a terrible manger or owner. The owner was extremely rude and inappropriate to very simple requests. This place is failing to meet humanitarian standards with its nasty management.

Love the bagels to the point that I crave them but this is the second time the staff has been just awful. The first time (last month) I think the owner or manager as soon as I walked in huffed and rolled his eyes. He asked for my order and after every item I ordered he huffed and rolled his eyes at me. God forbid I asked for salt and pepper: serious attitude. Honestly if I wasn’t so hungry for an egg sandwich and someone else wasn’t expecting one I would have walked out. I gave it another chance and the lady this morning was rude, but an angel in comparison. I would say I won’t be back but it’s close to my in laws. All I know is that if my boss ever caught me treating a customer like that I would be fired on the spot. I guess it’s different if you’re the manager/owner or whatever
