Best Italian food in San Diego. Pork ossubuco is amazing.

Our servers were so polite and kind to us, they answered all of our questions and the food was just out of this world! Also paired well with a great wine selection. Thank your staff for the incredible evening!

We’ve been coming here for more than 20 years. Authentic, delicious dishes and great service (some of whom are native Italians). Great seating outdoors with people watching. Cozy and quaint. Never goes out of style.

Tight quarters but the food is great. This is authentic Italian not "Italian American" so expect toothy pasta and rich creams. Great place for a date. The only minor issue is that the wine is stored at ceiling height so if you're there in the summer stick to the whites.. The reds can be a little too warm.

Good pasta but be prepared to spend $13 - $18 for each dish. Bread and marinara sauce is complimentary.Parking can be tough so park in the parking lot next to the restaurant. The restaurant validates for 1.5 hours. Then $1.50 per hour thereafter.

My team and I tried this spot for lunch and left fulfilled and happy! I had black noodles with scallops and a wonderful cream sauce.

I very much love the food and service, good area to my residence. The employees are always helpful. Will come visit again.

The employees are fun and helpful when choosing your meal. The food is delicious!! Especially the gnochi (I recommend adding chicken, and if you're into it, spinach and tomato). They were funny and kept insisting we order dessert, and we were full, but they brought out a treat for our party to share, on the house. :-)

Outstanding as always! We've been dining there for years now and never a disappointment!

We take our Aunt to eat here at least once per month. She has been eating here with her friends for the past 20 years. We always order the roasted artichoke hearts, a must have. This evening she had the veal piccata, I had the burrata cheese ravioli with walnuts and cream sauce. Delicious. Excellent service, as always.
