November 7, 2018Refreshing and hip interior while still being comfortable. This definitely fills a gap in Aspen with a creative look. Started with the mushroom soup, so delicious. High quality but definitely comfort food. We had the short rib pasta and fried chicken. The pasta is obviously hand made and fantastic, generous portion too. The chicken is the best though. Hands down the best I've had. We finished the meal with the cheesecake and it was unbelievable. Gote, our server, was friendly and knowledgeable. We also got checked on by a manager and a visit from the chef for some details on the food. Lots of new places miss the mark with a balance between service and food quality, 7908 definitely gets this right. Excited to have such a high quality new restaurant in town!

August 4, 2018What an amazing space! Aspen has been missing a place like this for quite some time. Beyond the great craft drinks and delicious food, the nightclub goes off!! Amazing DJ's, dancers, lights and sound! We had so much fun, we ended up getting bottle service and dancing the night away!

May 1, 2018Great flavors and great people watching there. The lamb ended being a fancy chopped lamb instead of a nice rack of lamb. Very good appetizers that would probably be enough.

April 12, 2018We traveled to Aspen recently for my to-be sister-in-law's bachelorette party, and though we had originally planned to go to another restaurant Saturday night, we made a last-minute change to 7908. From the moment we arrived, they treated us like queens and made a big deal out of our occasion, which was truly special. Peter, one of the managers, paid special attention to make sure we were having a good time, and Roger, the owner, even paid us a visit. The atmosphere was fun, the service was quick and personable, the food, wine, and cocktails were delicious, and the music after dinner was perfect for a night of dancing. Would definitely do it again. Great place for a group, though I definitely could have pictured a great time sitting at the bar or at a table with just one other. Thanks, 7908!
