“Fantastic food. Top notch, really. Prices make it prohibitive to eat here regularly, but it is worth it to go once for the experience.”

“Flying fish provided a great visit for us today. They were doing great with COVID regulations and provided a safe outdoor eating experience. Their fish and chips was great, and my companion had their poke bowl which was also delicious. Portion sizes were decent, not huge, but felt like enough. They also sell meats inside if you'd like to get your own cute, clams, oysters, or toppings and sauces, etc while visiting! Definitely would recommend a visit!”

“Excellent food with lots of interesting combinations. I love the salad combo with lemon dressing. So refreshing. We did blind wine Tuesday. It was lots of fun too.”

“Wonderful bakery and wonderful people. Fabulous cinnamon rolls and their cherry galettes are from another world! They are most helpful and a joy to know.”

“This place was at the top of my list when visiting Portland. And I have to tell you, it was so worth it! We enjoyed every single item that we ordered. The presentation alone makes it worth every penny. I'm already thinking about my next trip, because I haven't tried everything yet. Their wine pairings with oysters was amazing. This is a small restaurant, so I do suggest making reservations ahead of time.”

“Great food and great price!I'm really picky when it comes to food.Lum Yuen is authentic Chinese Food. Not your Americanized version.”
“No private parking but plenty of street parking. The inside is very clean and sleek. There were plenty of seats and the seats were very comfortable. There is also an outside patio that is pretty nice. The staff is great. They consistently checked up on us. The drinks are quite tasty. I will be returning. I do not think that this place is open on Mondays and they open at 4pm for all the other days.”

“It's been a few yrs since I last went in but I used to always buy oysters here. They no longer sell them. Place looks like it has really gone down hill. Since I was already there I decided to get a few other things. Took me a while to even find someone. After a few minutes I finally found a woman stuffing her face behind the counter. Asked her where I could find a couple items and all she would do is point and say over there. I must have asked this woman 5 different questions while I was there and she didn't care to answer any of them. You would think she would be more willing to help her only customer. Got home and notice teriyaki sauce I bought expired in 2017. Current yr 2020.”

“Came in because Google said they were open. When we got there they told us we only open for video poker and drinks. I said we came to get dinner and drinks and they said they had NO FOOD. Yet there was a table of people eating. I asked why do they have food? They said food was for family only. There was a lady ironing her clothes in the corner of the room. SO WEIRD! I would not come here!!!”
