“I gotta say, for my first time coming to this little hole-in-the-wall style shop, I’m really impressed by how delicious the food is, especially the shrimp tacos and salmon pastas, both of which are made with using homemade sauces. While I wish that the restaurant offered gluten free options such as corn tortillas and that they made their own pasta noodles, overall, I do recommend giving this restaurant a try because let me tell you, the chefs here do put a whole lot of love in their food using the ingredients that they already have in stock. Did I mention that they use pistachios on their homemade baklava and salmon pasta? ;)”

“Fat guy that makes the food has an attitude problem. Went on a day when the card machine was down and waited 20 minutes but still didn’t work so I left. Came back a few days later to support and this guy proceeds to mean mug me and call me out because I left like it was my fault the machine wasn’t working. Guess I shouldn’t have come back to support. Hate this guy ruined this place for me because the food is good and everyone else nice. Only way I’ll be back is if I know the days he doesn’t work. Leave the customer service to the nice lady that works the front.”

“I received my order of signature chocolates and Turtles on Monday. Exquisite on every level! Also, kudos on the way the chocolates are packed for shipping. My order was slightly delayed (postal service error) but even after 4 days transit from Memphis to South Carolina in 100 degree heat, not a single morsel was melted! Everything arrived in impeccable condition! This was my second order but I’m predicting many more for years to come. Thank you for all you do, Phillip Ashley! ”

“I had Perignons today for the first time and the food was good. I had the Chicken and Dressing with Blacked-Eyed Peas and Greens. Good size portions and the food was hot and fresh. I was told 20 minutes but it ended up being 40 minutes but I understand it's like that sometimes and the ladies were nice about it. They also had a really sharp setup in the dining room for Valentine's Day. Impressive! I do plan to return. I highly recommend that you call in your order to minimize your wait time. I think you should try them at least once. I enjoyed it and plan to return!”

“I got takeout on a weeknight during Covid-19 times. They were very accommodating and helped me make an order. Side salad with ginger dressing and miso soup were very good. Sushi was very good as well, raw seemed very fresh and eel was very tasty. I’ll be back!”

“My partner refused to ever go here again because of bad service. I thought he was exaggerating so I went to get some food myself. Their food is delicious but the customer service is the absolute worst. The lady that attended to me refused to apply one of my coupons and when I complained she told me to wait on the side and totally ignored me. After serving two other customers behind me, I drove back and said I didn't want the food anymore. The supervisor came and she attended to me with respect. She understood the situation and returned the money that was overcharged. She's the reason why I'm giving any star at all. The food got cold because I was told to wait. I got home, only to find out the uncultured lady that attended to me first gave me the wrong food.Edit: Thank you, Arby's. I have provided more details in the link you provided.Edit: I have updated my review to 4 stars. Arby's were swift to act after receiving my complaint. I received 2 calls from them, apologizing for the experience and they even offered me free dinners. I asked the dinners to be donated. I really appreciate how far they went to make it right. Their effort after my report speaks to their true customer service. Thank you Arby's.”
